The Hade Edge bandroom is a venue for concerts, music groups, rehearsals, music studio recordings as well as private functions.
Our bandroom, the Edgar Dickinson Building, was opened in June 2007 by our band president, Mr Edgar Dickinson MBE who was also accompanied by vice-president Mr. Philip Wright and Mrs B. Wright. This was 22 years after the first plans were drawn up!
Edgar was honoured with the MBE in recognition of his services to charities and the community, an honour richly deserved.
The Edgar Dickinson Building is a purpose built bandroom with three training or individual practice rooms, kitchen, music library, percussion room, large and smaller rehearsal areas and integral trailer garage with loading bay. It is a truly magnificent venue and we are very proud to have these facilities.
